The room was lovely, and completely clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s plenty of pillows. The hotel itself is in a great location - it’s located only a minute away from Moritzplatz, and if you don’t mind a short train ride, only 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was great, plenty of options available, and the staff at breakfast were very cheerful.

There is also a coffee machine but there are some things I wish to had in the room like slippers and an iron. The shower is in the corner of the bathroom, with just a curtain separating it, I am not sure if all rooms are like this or just some but it was not an issue.

The hotel is located in an area full of restaurants and all public transportation offers ( tram, bus, metro ) and a short walk away from major S-bahns and AlexanderPlatz.

Location was excellent right on the river. Close to loads of attractions including 2 of the stops for hop on hop off bus (Alexanderplatz, easy 10 min max walk and TV tower, easy 5 min walk). U bahn stop right outside the hotel. Staff were lovely, so helpful and all the ones we encountered spoke English very well.

There was music and food vendors in the plaza downstairs and a wonderful view of the city from the sky deck. The hotel also has a nice restaurant in the lobby, a gym and a spa.

Brilliant shower. An excellent breakfast selection. I would happily stay again when in Berlin.
